Saanich encourages and supports the use of bikes on all Municipal roads and has adopted a Commuter Bicycle Network to identify streets which will be modified to accommodate cycling.
Saanich is responsible for maintenance of approximately 600 kilometers of road network in Saanich.
Traffic Signals and Crosswalks
The Municipality is responsible for operating all traffic signals, including pedestrian crosswalk signals and intersection flashers.
