The District of Saanich is seeking Instructors to teach dance programs at The Arts Centre at Cedar Hill Recreation Centre.  The successful candidate will develop and teach dance classes for a range of ages and levels. Program planning and preparation will also be expected. Hours may include mornings, late afternoons, evenings or weekends based on program scheduling. Opportunities to substitute and teach at other Saanich recreation centers may be available as required to meet operational needs.

Requirements include minimum completion of Grade 10, dance training. the equivalent of three months full time experience in dance instruction and a satisfactory police information check with vulnerable sector. Candidates will be asked to provide a sample program plan to present during their interview.
