We conduct the citizen and business surveys every four years following the start of a new council term. Survey questions cover topics such as municipal service delivery, safety and quality of life in Saanich, value for taxes and Council decision making among others. Every two years, residents are also invited to complete a pulse check survey in between the larger surveys.

Every two years between the larger surveys, residents are invited to complete a shorter pulse-check survey.
