Saanich Strawberry Festival
Join Saanich in celebrating the 58th annual Strawberry Festival. This family-friendly, fun, free event features live music, kids' activities, bouncy castles, information booths, arts and craft stations and, of course, the traditional servings of strawberries and ice cream.
When: Sunday, July 6, 2025, 11 am - 4 pm
Where: Beaver Lake Regional Park

Calling all vendors!
Are you interested in being a vendor at this festival? Whether you are selling items, giving out information, hosting an activity or proposing a workshop, please fill out the vendor application form. Responses are automatically submitted to the events programmer. Vendor applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until full. Preference is given to vendors to align with the Strawberry Festival theme of local agriculture.
Schedule
February 13: Call for Vendors opens.
February 13 - March 4: General intake (staff unable to answer questions during this period).
March 5: Staff review first round of submitted applications.
March 6 and ongoing: Applications accepted until all vendor spots are full.
