The District of Saanich is seeking construction services from a general contractor for building improvements and expansion for the Cedar Hill Recreation Centre in Saanich, BC. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the addition of an air-lock vestibule at the main entrance, replacement windows, doors, and skylights, renovation of the reception counter, flooring, and other accessibility upgrades. The general contractor shall act as Prime Contractor for this project but shall coordinate work with other contractors and Saanich as required. Part of of this project is supported by Infrastructure Canada’s Green and Inclusive Community Buildings grant.
