Property taxes are due July 2, 2026

If you have not received your tax notice by mid June please contact our property tax department to obtain a copy.

How to claim your home owner grant

Apply for your home owner grant with the Province online: Apply online or by phone: 1-888-355-2700. In order to avoid penalties and interest, apply before the tax due date
 

Need help claiming your grant? Come by the Municipal Hall from June 1 – July 2, 2026. Staff will walk you through the process. Make sure to bring your tax notice and Social Insurance Number.

  • Kiosk hours: June 1 – July 2, 2026, Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Seniors Days Tax Info Drop-ins

Drop by a Seniors Day Tax Information Session to learn about basic tax information, property tax deferment and preauthorized payments. Sessions will be held in-person in Committee Room 2. Sessions are drop-in, no registration required!

• Thursday, May 28 – 2 - 2:30 p.m.
• Monday, June 1 – 9 - 9:30 a.m.
• Thursday, June 4 – 2 - 2:30 p.m.
