Did you know? 

  • Applicants can make payments with our Online Payment System or within MySaanich! 
  • Scheduling inspections can be done online or within MySaanich!
  • The applicant may opt to share their unique folder number and access code with contractors/vendors in order to more efficiently manage their project. Note: Saanich will not share the code or folder number on behalf of the applicant.

How do I register?

  2. Follow the instructions below. 

Instructions for registering accounts and folders to your MySaanich profile:

Business Licence Account
 

To register your Business Licence account, enter these numbers from your approval email:

  • Account Number (five digits only—not the eight digit Business Licence Number starting with 000)
  • Access code

Select "Yes" to Subscribe to eBilling to activate Paperless Billing for your Business Licence Account and receive:

    • digital renewal reminders.
    • access to your invoice history.

  Development or Permit Application
  To register your Development or Permit application folder, enter these numbers from your access code information email:
  • Folder number
  • Access code

Dog Licence Account
  To register your Dog Licence account, enter these numbers from your dog licence renewal notice:
  • Account number
  • Access code

Property Tax Account 
 

To register your Property Tax account, enter these numbers from your tax notice (at the left side of the notice):

  • Folio number
  • Access code

Select "Yes" to Subscribe to eBilling to activate Paperless Billing for your Property Tax account and receive your property tax notice by email.

If you have already registered your tax account on MySaanich and want to activate eBilling: 

  • Log in to MySaanich 
  • Select your Property Tax Account
  • Scroll down to ‘Statement Notification Details’
  • Select ‘Email Only’ and Save

Utility Account
 

To register your Utility account, enter these numbers from your utility bill:

  • Utility account number
  • Access code

To activate Paperless Billing for your Utility account:

  1. Login to MySaanich. 
  2. Click Manage Accounts.
  3. Click Change Bill Delivery Method.
  4. Click the checkbox for the account you want to make changes to.
  5. Click Change Bill Delivery Method.
  6. Use the dropdown menu to select Email.
  7. Click Change Bill Delivery Method again to save your changes.
