Instructions for registering accounts and folders to your MySaanich profile:

Business Licence Account

 

To register your Business Licence account, enter these numbers from your approval email:

  • Account Number (not the Business Licence Number)
  • Access code

  Development or Permit Application
  To register your Development or Permit application folder, enter these numbers from your access code information email:
  • Folder number
  • Access code

Dog Licence Account

  To register your Dog Licence account, enter these numbers from your dog licence renewal notice:
  • Account number
  • Access code

Property Tax Account 

 

To register your Property Tax account, enter these numbers from your tax notice (at the left side of the notice):

  • Folio number
  • Access code

Utility Account
 

To register your Utility account, enter these numbers from your utility bill:

  • Utility account number
  • Access code
For help confirming your account information, contact us at:

 

To activate Paperless Billing for your Utility account:

  1. Login to MySaanich
  2. Click Manage Accounts.
  3. Click Change Bill Delivery Method.
  4. Click the checkbox for the account you want to make changes to.
  5. Click Change Bill Delivery Method.
  6. Use the dropdown menu to select Email.
  7. Click Change Bill Delivery Method again to save your changes.
