The Real Estate Services Division acquires, manages, and disposes of real property on behalf of the Municipality. The Division also negotiates and finalizes municipal rights-of-way, easements, and road closures, in relation to Municipal infrastructure projects. The Division manages the commercial and residential rental inventory as well as District owned telecommunications facilities.
