Parking complaints

Parking complaints submitted via email will only be read and responded to Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 pm. If your complaint requires more immediate attention, please leave a message via the Saanich Parking Enforcement line at, 250 475-5431 and an offcer will respond to your message as soon as possible.

Bylaw enforcement process

A complainant’s personal information is not disclosed without their consent unless required by law.

Bylaw Services may contact you to appear as a witness if the matter goes to court.
