If you would like to make a parking complaint, please email the Parking Enforcement Division or by phone at (250) 475-5431.
Parking Enforcement Officers are scheduled to be available between the hours of 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. every day of the week (excluding holidays). If your parking complaint requires immediate attention due to a public safety issue, suspicious circumstances, or possible criminal activity, please contact the Saanich Police non-emergency line at (250) 475-4321 to report your concern.
Parking Tickets
Paying sooner rather than later means a lesser fine.
- $50 when you pay within 28 calendar days
- $65 when you pay after 28 calendar days
- If you take longer than 60 calendar days to pay, we must take further action

Paying online is the quickest way to pay your ticket.
By mail
You can also pay your ticket by sending us a cheque or money order. Mail it to:

Dispute process
You may challenge your ticket. To do this, you need to submit a Bylaw Offence Notice Review Request form to Parking Enforcement, either in person at Saanich Municipal Hall (770 Vernon Avenue) or via email at parking@saanich.ca. There are 3 ways to get this form.
