Join District of Saanich Council for a town hall meeting at Cedar Hill Golf Course.
This town hall meeting will be held for a two-hour period. The first portion of the meeting will be one hour with no set agenda. Residents may speak to topics of importance subject to restrictions as noted in the Council Procedure Bylaw. The meeting will follow the rules set out in the Council Procedure Bylaw for public input (3 minutes per speaker). The second portion of the meeting will be a one-hour informal opportunity for residents and Council to connect individually.
When: October 22, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Where: Cedar Hill Golf Course Clubhouse located at 1400 Derby Road (there will on-site signage)

Webcasting and MS Teams participation will not be available for this off-site meeting.
After the inaugural town hall meeting, staff will seek feedback from Council, which will then help shape the format of future town halls held in 2025.
