Solo Art Exhibit with Ranjeet Dhaliwal
Spring into Summer Fibre Art & Photos
February 7 – March 9. 2024

About the Artwork:

Using fibre and photography, the artist celebrates the joy and healing that comes from flowers in both natural landscapes and gardens. Creating art, like gardening, is a mindful activity that contributes to health: mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional. This body of work was inspired by the Love and Light of my daughter, Amrit (died 2015), who truly was a child of Nature. Each piece was guided by her spirit.  The brightness of the show is because of her inspiration and influence.

About the Artist:
Ranjeet lives on the West Coast with her three fur-legged friends.  Surrounded by town and country, she draws inspiration from both, as well as from sharing, viewing, and making art with those around her.  She prefers to let the improvisational spirit guide her hands, creating as she sews and takes photos.
