At the Committee of the Whole meeting on Monday, November 19, 2018 Saanich Council will consider the appointment of five of its members to the Regional Water Supply Commission. In accordance with Commission regulations, Saanich residents are invited to advise Council on the appointments.

In person – attend the meeting on November 19, 2018, at 7 p.m., Council Chambers, Saanich Municipal Hall, 770 Vernon Avenue.

In writing – by email to council@saanich.ca or by mail to Mayor and Council, District of Saanich, 770 Vernon Avenue, Victoria, BC V8X 2W7.

All correspondence should be received no later than 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting.  Correspondence submitted to the District of Saanich in response to this Notice will form part of the public record and will be published in a meeting agenda.
