Saanich, BC – Starting June 4, District of Saanich Public Works is moving to one phone number for all customer service enquiries to serve residents better. 

Please call 250-475-5599 for all Public Works related enquiries regarding the following services:  

• Waterworks (water leaks at meter box, water gushing)
• Storm and Wastewater (sewer, drainage and spills)
• Street Operations (roads, street signs and traffic signals)
• Solid Waste Services (garbage, organics and garden recycling drop-off) 

On June 4 Public Works contact emails are also changing. Please email Publicworks@saanich.ca for all Public Works-related enquiries except Solid Waste Services. Please continue to contact greenergarbage@saanich.ca for all garbage, organics and garden recycling drop-off related inquiries. 

Streamlining points of contact for Public Works enquiries allows our staff to serve residents more efficiently.
