We will be undertaking a utility upgrade project on Torquay Drive between Ash Road and Longacre Drive beginning in late June.  We will be replacing the existing watermain and services to property lines. The existing watermain has been determined to require replacement due to its condition.

Torquay Drive between Longacre Drive and Brymea Lane will be closed to all but local traffic for the duration of the project.

Construction is expected to be completed by early October, 2022.
