Saanich, BC – A new parcel of land has recently been added to Saanich’s inventory. The 530 square metre parcel is located at 3067 Austin Avenue and backs onto Meadow Park. The property is zoned RS-6 – Single Family Dwelling Zone and will be added to Saanich’s rental stock, to be rented at market rate.

The long-term plan for the parcel is to add it to the Saanich Parks inventory, as an extension of Meadow Park. Meadow Park has been identified for expansion as part of the Gorge Tillicum Local Area Plan.
