Celebrate local artists at Gorge on Art

Saanich, BC – Enjoy a day out in the sun and celebrate Greater Victoria’s art community at Gorge on Art on Monday, July 1 from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Featuring dozens of local artists and artisans working in a range of disciplines, Gorge on Art is an annual showcase organized by Saanich Community Services, in partnership with the Gorge Tillicum Community Association, who host the Gorge Canada Day Picnic simultaneously.

Alongside art displays and demonstrations, live music, family activities, and food for purchase will be available along the waterway. The Gorge Canada Day Picnic will have a kids' zone, pancake breakfast, show and shine car show, vendor market, multicultural food vendors, live music, and dragon boat and canoe rides.

Getting here

We encourage festivalgoers to access the event location (along the Gorge Waterway) by bike or by taking transit. Parking nearby will be limited and we remind all residents to respect local neighbourhood parking bylaws.
