Temporary Closure – Rutledge Park Splash Pad

For immediate release 

Saanich, BC – Effective immediately, the splash pad at Rutledge Park is being closed so staff can investigate and resolve a maintenance issue with some of the equipment. 

Staff are working to find a solution so the splash pad can be reopened as soon as possible, and we appreciate the public’s patience while they conduct this work. We realize this may disrupt visitors’ plans to enjoy the splash pad, and apologize for any inconvenience. Meanwhile, the rest of the park — including the recently updated playground, and existing sport courts and walking paths — remain open for people to enjoy.

The District will share further updates on our website and social media channels as they become available.
