Braefoot Park Centre

BRAEFOOT PARTY ROOM

Rent the Great Hall for your next party! Spacer includes access to playground, inside space to run around and a fridge to store snacks. This do-it-yourself party is only limited by your imagination.

Gordon Head Recreation Centre

POOL PARTY 12yrs and younger

Make a splash with this favourite party rental! Children will have a blast from 1pm to 3pm during our Fun Swim with our poolside climbing wall, river/current pool and huge assortment of water toys. After the pool fun, enjoy an hour in the party room where you can serve refreshments. Please bring your own utensils and party supplies. Sorry, no refrigeration services available.

Fees and Time

  • Saturdays and Sundays, 1-4pm
  • Cost: $125 up to 10 children

Due to pool capacity limits, Gordon Head Pool is only able to guarantee for a maximum of 20 swimmers, including supervising adults.

NOTE: Children 7 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult (16 years and older) and be within arm's reach in the water. The ratio is one adult to three children. Supervising adults that meet our 1:3 ratio are welcome to join in the pool at no additional cost.

Saanich Commonwealth Place

SPLASH-TASTIC BIRTHDAY BASH

Explore the Wave Pool, Wibit, diving boards, and rope swing for two hours in our exciting pool area. Our Fun Leader will entertain the group for one of those hours with engaging activities. Enjoy some party time away from the pool with an hour in the party room. (Refreshments and decorations not provided).

  • Saturdays and Sundays 1-4pm
  • Cost: $125 up to 30 children

Come party in the Upside Youth Centre! Enjoy the ping-pong, pool and foosball tables. Make your party your own by bringing games, music and food.

All participants using the space must be 11 years or older.

Host your party at Cedar Hill Recreation Centre. We are centrally located and have a variety of rooms to rent for you to supervise your own party.

Royal Oak Middle School (ROMS)

CUPCAKE PARTY 5yrs+

Calling all kids who love to bake! Leave the mess to us and enjoy a party in our fabulous teaching kitchen. Bake and decorate chocolate or vanilla cupcakes, play games with our party leader and craft a chef’s hat! One hour of activities plus one hour for refreshments, presents and games.

  • Various Saturdays and Sundays from September to June.
  • Cost: $225 up to 12 participants

SPORTS PARTY 6-12yrs

One gym—so many possibilities! Choose from floor hockey, basketball, soccer or dodgeball. Can’t decide? Pick your favourites. Enjoy the first hour in the gym with a party leader and the second hour in the party room with your with your own food and supplies. Parent supervision required.

  • Various Saturdays and Sundays from March to June.
  • Cost: $150 up to 12 participants.

  • During our Everyone Welcome skate session
  • Cost: $110 up to 10 children
  • Each additional child: $4.00 plus tax; maximum 20 children
