This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich on behalf of the Greater Victoria Joint Purchasing Group (“GVJPG”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Supply and Delivery of Concrete Manholes and Products, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D). This RFQ is for the supply and delivery of Concrete Manholes and Products, non-reinforced and reinforced, conforming to ASTM specifications as specified for each participant as detailed in the Deliverables.
