This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Planning and Development Consultant, SOC Redevelopment,as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The District is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, professional proponents, or proponent teams (consisting of the Lead Consultant and Back-Up Consultant) to act as Owner’s Representative in the capacity of Planning and Development Consultant to assist in the preparation and submission of a re-zoning application for the Saanich Operations Centre Redevelopment project located at 1040 McKenzie Avenue and adjacent properties.
