Description:
The District of Saanich is seeking a Certified Tennis Instructor who will provide direct instruction and leadership for all levels of junior and adult classes at Cedar Hill Recreation Centre. The instructor will also ensure that participants are acting in accordance with the facility rules and that the facility and equipment are in safe, working condition. Instructor may also participate in the activity and perform hosting duties.
This work involves varying shifts including days, evenings and weekend depending on program registration (hours/shifts are subject to change).
Requirements include completion of Grade 10; three months experience in the area of tennis instruction; satisfactory police information check no older than 6 months; Emergency First-Aid and CPR-C as required. In addition, the successful candidate must be Tennis Canada Certified (Club Pro 1).
