Term: Spring Break Week 1 – March 17-21, 2025

           Spring Break Week 2 – March 24-28, 2025

Spend your Spring Break making a difference!  Program Assistants have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, positively impact young lives, create friendships, and earn an excellent wage. 

As a Program Assistant you will work in a variety of camp settings, lead and engage children in activities that will inspire their talents, ignite their creativity, and champion their interests.  Program Assistants will work cooperatively with participants, parents, co-workers, and supervisors to ensure camper safety. Camp themes include:  General Day Camps, 5-12yrs, Kids Cooking Camps, 8-12yrs, and Crafty Camps, 6-9yrs.

Requirements include completion of Grade 10; eight weeks of experience working with participants in a recreational, daycamp or instructional setting, including individuals with behaviour or other difficulties; satisfactory police information check, Emergency First-Aid and CPR-C.  The successful candidates will be required to work varying shifts, Monday through Friday, length and times will vary between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (hours/shifts are subject to change).
