Types of Waterfit classes
Waterfit
A fun and challenging total body conditioning workout in the pool. This self-paced workout is suitable for all fitness levels and can be modified for deep or shallow water.
Shallow Waterfit
A fun, self-paved workout that provides total body conditioning in the shallow pool.
Shallow Waterwalking
A fun, low-impact water fitness class in the shallow pool for those recovering from injury, with arthritis, or simply wanting a mild class.
Deep Waterfit
A low-impact, high-energy deep water workout using floatation belts, easily modified for all fitness levels.
Shallow and Deep Waterfit Combo
You choose what kind of waterfit class you want! One instructor runs both a shallow and a deep waterfit class at the same time with individual moves for each pool.
Deep Water Conditioning
Ideal for those recovering from injury or joint replacement, this class focuses on balance, core strength, total body strength, coordination, and cardio fitness.
Masters Swimming
An inclusive drop-in swim session suitable for all ages and skill levels. Enjoy a non-competitive, supportive atmosphere with a focus on lane swimming for fitness. Come and improve your swimming abilities!
